This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 302 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 302's services, you are required to register a unique personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 302 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required verification documents may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
- Notify 302 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure our records remain accurate.
302 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 302 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You expressly agree not to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing illegal activities.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, or code that could damage or disrupt the functionality of the platform.
- Using any automated software, bots, or data scraping tools to access or collect information from the platform.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity of gameplay or disrupt other users' experience.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, as well as legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 302 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 302 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including online bank transfers and supported e-wallets.
Regarding deposits:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the transaction process.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 302 does not accept payments from third parties.
- Deposit processing times vary by method; most e-wallets are processed instantly, while bank transfers may take longer.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable compliance policies.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before they are approved.
- 302 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicions of fraud or violates these terms.

- Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including betting losses.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 302 platform are the exclusive property of 302 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent from 302.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
302 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to verify your identity when requested.
- Requests from the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending an ongoing investigation.
